Michael Bailey has been dancing for just eight years but teaching for six of them! He has been lucky enough to work with hip-hop greats such as Shane Sparks, Wade Robson, and Hi-Hat. Michael is a LA/OC "Funkanometry" and "Pulse" alumni. He has taught and choreographed for dozens of Southland high schools and is a popular guest choreographer for "Groovaholix", "Culture Shock", "MAVYN", "Expressive Doubt" and "Boogiezone". Michael is both a member and choreographer of the MAVYN Entertainment Co. and recently became the Executive Director of their junior group, "The Mavynaks". For the past five years, Michael has choreographed award-winning routines for Dellos-Walnut's Junior, Teen & Senior hip-hop teams. Holding down a full-time job and dancing whenever he can fit it in, Michael's most precious-hours are spent with his 2-year old son, Jackson, who can already 'bust-a-move'!

The highlight of Michael's career so far was having the opportunity to fly up to Seattle to audition for Gil Duldulao, winning him an invitation for a private audition in front of the beautiful, famous and talented, Miss Janet Jackson!
